Tree of "Commentry"

I was looking through a news article and came across this, it wasn't just the tree but a part of the article touched me most.
It was about a man who lost his wife in 2004. He had wrote a quote from his wife Zoe Kreizenbeck: "Dance like no one's watching, sing like no one's listening, love like you've never been hurt, live each day as if there's no tomorrow."
This is truly a way to live life.
I don't know these people yet that quote makes me wish I would have.

The Fever Returns

Well the 36th Iditarod is over and also Fur Rondy. With the end of these winter fun events is a sure sign of spring and that leaves Alaskans with the fever.
A fever that can't be explained, grabbing you and causing you to arrive at certain spots at 4am. Oddly enough you can barley get out of bed at 6am for work, yet this fever has remarkable powers and well actually it can be easily explained just misunderstood. FISHING FEVER!
That's it, fishing fever.
In Alaska the need to fish seems to catch all ages and genders. A fish on the line is a feeling of a certain power to achieve what you set out for, and show everyone that you caught a fish, cause you know if you don't your buddies won't let you down.

Pay to be Poor

It would seem that in a state that has oil rich land we would not have to pay such outrages gas prices, or have to ask other countries to help out.
Here we pump the oil out and have to send some out to get refined and then have to bring it back up to Alaska to sell it as fuel. Go figure, click here to find out more.

It really is hard to save money when the government can't see what the big oil companies have done to make big money for themselves and laugh at the US citizens, knowing that they can help out America and themselves and still come out on top.
Big oil companies will tell you that the money they make pays for the research or maybe to explore new areas for resources. Sure... if you say so.
Well now it looks like they will have to pay for it all if the federal government has there way and says no more tax breaks.

I say stick it to them and let them feel how it is to have to pay to be poor.
